Tickets are typically delivered electronically via email. You can also access them in your CSquared Tickets account under “My Tickets.”
4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes! If the event allows transfers, you can transfer your ticket from your account dashboard. Some tickets may have restrictions, so check the event details.
5. What if I didn’t receive my ticket email?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still don’t see it, log in to your account to download your ticket or contact our support team.
6. Are there refunds if I can’t attend an event?
All sales are final unless the event organizer offers a refund. If the event is canceled, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
7. What happens if an event is canceled or rescheduled?
If an event is canceled, you’ll receive a refund. If it’s rescheduled, your ticket will typically be valid for the new date. You’ll receive an email with further details.
8. How do I check if my ticket is valid?
All tickets purchased on CSquared Tickets are verified. You can scan your ticket barcode at the event for entry.
9. Can I buy tickets for multiple people in one order?
Yes! You can purchase multiple tickets, and each ticket will have a unique barcode for individual entry.

Create an account, list your event or tickets, set your price, and start selling. Buyers will receive digital tickets upon purchase.
2. What types of events can I sell tickets for?
You can sell tickets for concerts, sports events, theater performances, festivals, and more. Ensure your event complies with our guidelines.
3. How do I set my ticket prices?
As a seller, you set your ticket price. Consider demand, market rates, and any service fees when pricing your tickets.
4. How do I get paid for my ticket sales?
Payments are processed within 5–7 business days after the event via direct deposit or PayPal.
5. Can I offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes! You can create discount codes for promotions and marketing.
6. What happens if my event is canceled?
If your event is canceled, buyers will receive a refund, and you will not receive payment for those tickets.

9. What fees do I pay as a seller?

14. How do I edit or remove a ticket listing?
You can modify or remove a listing anytime through your seller dashboard. However, sold tickets cannot be removed.
